Verification
Register. Verify against DFS. Get access.
Every member is checked by a person against official Florida records before professional features open. Here is each step, what is checked, and what a badge means.
1
Register
Create your account with your legal name and role, then confirm your email address.
- Register with your legal name and professional role, and confirm your email address.
- Each Florida license number can belong to one account only, which blocks duplicate and impersonating sign-ups.
- Turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app. It is required before sensitive actions such as opening confidential documents.
2
Verify against DFS
Your license is matched to Florida DFS data, and a person checks the official record.
- Enter your DFS license number. It is matched against the latest Department of Financial Services licensee data as soon as you submit.
- Confirm your identity with a one-time code sent to the email address on your DFS record, or upload a photo ID for the reviewer.
- A reviewer checks the official DFS record, your insurer appointments and your agency's 24-05 license, and looks for disciplinary orders.

Professional features open when a reviewer approves you. Badges show exactly what was checked.
- When every required check is complete, the reviewer approves the application and the matching badges appear on your profile.
- Verification is renewed every year, or sooner when an appointment expires first.
- If your license or appointment drops out of the daily DFS download, professional features pause until a reviewer looks again.
Florida’s own records decide.
Bail bond licenses are issued by the Department of Financial Services under Chapter 648, Florida Statutes. A license that cannot be found, does not match or is not valid cannot be approved, and the result of every check is recorded with its date.

What a badge means.
A badge means a specific check was completed. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of conduct, or authority to act on a particular bond.
- Florida license verified
- A reviewer matched the member's Florida bail bond license to the Department of Financial Services record and confirmed the member is the license holder.
- Agency verified
- A reviewer confirmed the agency's 24-05 license and business appointments against official records.
- Recovery eligibility reviewed
- A reviewer checked the member's authority under Chapter 648, Florida Statutes, to perform recovery work. Recovery assignments require it by default.
Badges are renewed with each re-verification and are revoked if a license lapses or a reviewer finds a problem. A revoked badge is recorded with its reason, never silently deleted.
