Legal
Terms of Service
These terms describe who may use BailHub, how the information on it may be used, and the responsibilities of members and agencies.
Effective October 9, 2026
1. Who may use the network
BailHub is a private professional network for Florida-licensed bail bond agents, including licensed agents who perform recovery work, and for bail bond agencies and their staff. Professional features are available only after your credentials have been verified. We may refuse, restrict or end access when credentials cannot be verified or these terms are not followed.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information, including your legal name and license details.
- Keep your password and two-factor authentication device secure, and do not share your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- Agency owners and administrators are responsible for the people they add to their agency.
3. Arrest and booking information
Arrest, booking and custody information comes from public county records through a data provider. BailHub displays this information on demand and does not keep a copy.
Records may be incomplete, delayed, or out of date, and an arrest is not a conviction. Confirm important details with the arresting agency, the jail, the clerk of court or another official source before you rely on them.
Booking photographs. We never charge a fee to remove a booking photograph or any other record. Removal requests can be made through the contact page. Records removed at the source are suppressed across the network.
4. Not a consumer reporting agency
BailHub is not a consumer reporting agency, and the information on the network is not a consumer report. You may not use it, in whole or in part, for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including decisions about employment, housing or tenancy, credit, insurance, or eligibility for a license or government benefit.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape or extract records in bulk, or resell or republish information from the network.
- Use the network to harass, threaten or intimidate anyone, including defendants and their families.
- Post confidential case details in community areas or anywhere they are not needed.
- Impersonate another person or agency, or misrepresent your license or authority.
- Attempt to access another agency's private information or bypass security controls.
6. Not legal advice
Nothing on the network is legal advice. BailHub does not decide whether an apprehension, surrender, transfer or any other action is lawful. You are responsible for complying with Chapter 648, Florida Statutes, the rules of the Department of Financial Services, the requirements of the sureties you represent, and every other law that applies to your work.
7. Recovery assignments and transfer bonds
The network records requests, applications and status changes between members. It does not authorize any apprehension. On a transfer bond, the executing agent posts the bond with their own power of attorney, and the referring agent remains jointly liable with the issuing surety (F.S. 648.25(11)); accepting a transfer bond request does not shift that liability. Fees are agreed between the parties and paid outside the platform. Verification badges confirm that specific checks were completed; they are not a guarantee of anyone's conduct or authority on a particular bond.
8. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe in advance for each billing period. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or no longer meets verification requirements. Moderation decisions can be appealed from within the network.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The network is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, BailHub is not liable for decisions made using information on the network or for the actions of members and agencies.
11. Changes and contact
We will post changes to these terms on this page and tell members about material changes before they take effect. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
