Transfer bonds
When the defendant is held in a county where you are not registered, send the request to an agent who is registered there and appointed with the same surety. They write the bond; the request and its record stay together on BailHub.
- Matched on license, surety and county
- Requests go to verified agents whose appointment with your surety shows in DFS data and who have attested sheriff and clerk registration in the county of custody.
- The executing agent writes the bond
- BailHub never writes the bond, signs a power of attorney or holds collateral. The executing agent does that work under their own license.
You
The referring agent
- Checked: Florida 2-34 license, verified
- Checked: Appointed with the surety on the bond
Executing agent
An agent where the defendant is held
- Checked: Appointed with the same surety in DFS data
- Attested by the agent: Sheriff and clerk registration in the county of custody
The executing agent writes and posts the bond under their own license. BailHub carries the request and keeps the record.
Recovery assignments
Recovery work from verified agencies, with Florida's requirements built in. Only licensed agents can apply, and case details open in stages as an application moves forward.
- Apply for recovery workIncluded in Verified Member
- Apply with your verified Florida license on file. A completed recovery-eligibility review is required by default.
- Staged disclosure
- Members first see the general area, assignment type, fee range and requirements. Confidential case details go only to the agent who is assigned.
- Post recovery assignmentsIncluded in Agency Network
- Agencies post the work with its requirements, a fixed fee range and the general area.
- Fees the law allows
- Fixed fees, paid by the agency, agent or surety under a written agreement. Never charged to the defendant or indemnitors, and paid outside BailHub.
- Confirmed by the agency
- An assignment is complete when the posting agency confirms it. A change in a custody record never closes it.
